“There are wounds that never show on the body that are deeper and more hurtful than anything that bleeds.”
Those wounds are the traces left by the pain inside us and for every pain, we consider that no one suffers as much as we do. In this way, we like to complain and receive the mercy of others because we live in a victim mode.
We all know the pain in one form or another, physical pain and inside pain because it is part of our life. As I said, we all want a beautiful life if we could just go up, to be all pink, but that means selfishness because we do not accept that life has its ups and downs, that it has two parts: the beautiful and positive one, and painful or negative the other. When you fall, it hurts, because you think you are not good enough, you see yourself small and not being worthy as you see others. You think you fall just because you don’t know what and how others are doing to go up, but you have to understand that everyone has his own life, and also knows joy and pain, that each one falls before climbing, or will fall after climbing. Nobody remains his entire life only at the top, just as you are not just at the base unless this is your choice.
Any cut or inside wound means more or less pain. But we know that the physical pain comes and goes, but the pain of the soul makes you feel crazy and sometimes it makes you feel like you won’t live anymore because that pain is harder to bear. No one commits suicide because they want to die. It is because they want to stop the pain.
Inner pain means negative emotions that we have accumulated especially in childhood, and because we were not taught how to deal with them, they increase and are still captive in our body, sometimes we die with it. “The greater the number of unresolved captive emotions, the more intense their negative energy is and the more difficult it will be for you to attract the desired reality into your life.” (Dr. Bradley Nelson)
Pain means negative emotion held captive in your body by yourself and you have not been taught that it can be cured if you really want it.
Does Time Heal Your Pain?
Maybe you know what I have been told so many times that time can heal the pain. In fact, time deepens the pain inside you and if you were thinking it was gone, you will find that at some point you are living it again because what you have in you is what you will resonate with what you attract back into your life, meaning pain again. We believe that if time passes, the pain will pass because we will forget about it, but it is there inside us and wherever we go, it goes with us. That pain can become greater, and in time it will only turn into physical pain. That’s because
“Time doesn’t heal emotional pain, you need to learn how to let go.”
Its healing is possible by accepting the existence of pain/ negative emotion. It’s a step in letting it go. As long as you do not want to do it, or you are not looking for the way to do it, you keep that pain trapped in your body, waiting for the time or some superior force to do it for you.
You are the one who can cure the pain because neither time nor other people will do it for you. Neither medicines will do it, because they will not cure your pain, but its effect on you.
How to let Your pain go?
“The cure for pain is in the pain.”
The pain is yours, and it is in your unresolved emotion, and you think they should belong to others. If you want to get rid of pain,
- look inside you for its source,
- accept that pain is yours and not someone else’s.
- talk about it, not in victim mode, but with love because it is yours.
Acceptance means that you love the pain, and at the same time, it means you can let it go. If you want to conquer pain, look for the way you need to let it go.
You will say that you cannot do it, that there are no such things, but when you say it you do it from fear, fear of changing your way of thinking, fear to see things differently around you than you knew them, fear of changing you, fear of doing things differently than those around you do, fear that you are not sure that it will happen. But your fear is an illusion and it means limits that you set for yourself. The only limits we have are those we impose on ourselves.
In addition, ‘for those who believe there is no need for proof. For those who do not believe, no proof is possible.’ Stuart Chase
Accepting pain means to see that it belongs to you, that it is within you, that no one from the outside does hurt you, but you with your own way of thinking keep it captive in your body, it increases, and because of the fear of changing yourself, fear of others and their way of thinking, you do not love it, and pain does not leave.
You are your greatest enemy, and your lack of confidence in yourself and your pain healing power, you lose your own balance. As Dr. Masaru Emoto says, “when people get sick, they lose their harmony.” Therefore, healing is “the process of restoring balance” (Dr. Eric Pearl).
Many people have found that if they get rid of negative emotions, or “unresolved emotions trapped” as Dr. Bradley Nelson calls them, their lives become healthier and more beautiful.
