Lake Văliug – Gozna
Lake Văliug-Gozna is situated in Caraș-Severin County, nestled within the Semenic Mountains. It is surrounded by the Lake Gozna (66.2 ha) and the Lake Secu (105.67 ha).

Located at an altitude of approximately 600 meters, the lake covers a surface area of 12.6 hectares, reaches a depth of 25 meters, and has a volume of 1,130,000 cubic meters.

Originally designed to generate electricity and supply water to the surrounding area, the lake is near the town of Văliug, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Reșița and Semenic Mountains region.

During the summer, the lake is a favoured spot for swimming, water sports, fishing, sunbathing, and relaxing. In winter, it attracts visitors due to its proximity to the ski slopes in the Semenic Mountains.
