History is wrong

by  Erich von Däniken

(review)

In the review of “The Gold of the Gods“, I mentioned that the author takes readers on a journey through lost civilisations and unexplained archaeological discoveries.

The book “History Is Wrong” offers thorough research on topics such as the Voynich Manuscript and the Nazca Lines, among others. Erich von Däniken explores theories about ancient extraterrestrial visitations, gathering data from around the world to support his claim that aliens have been guiding humanity for thousands of years.

The book presents intriguing information and evidence. Von Däniken does not dictate what readers should believe; instead, he provides information and evidence, allowing readers to form their own conclusions. You can choose to accept or reject his theories based on the information he presents.

The book is an interesting, enjoyable, and thought-provoking read.

Quotes:

There is no vaccination against thinking. Ideas know no boundaries and no censorship. And what’s more, ideas have a dangerous tendency to spread like wildfire.

You can’t stop your children from growing up, and you can’t stop mankind from striving toward intergalactic travel.

Our unscientific nature, our faith in some rubbish or other, dominates our lives. The massive flood of information out there has just made us sluggish. We’d rather vegetate in front of the TV than read a book with an attentive and critical eye, rather laze on the beach in Hurghada than take a closer look at the Great Pyramid.
