Listen To Your Body, Your Best Friend on Earth

by Lise Borbeau

(review)

Listen to Your Body, Your Best Friend on Earth is a book I have read several times, and it is one of the references for my last book.

The present book is taking us in a journey about a balanced and healthy life based on love.

Learning to love – others and yourself – you will “harvest” more and more love.

Lise Borbeau

The author tells us about the relationship between thoughts and emotions, the causes of our illnesses, and the messages our body sends us when we suffer.

I will call it a journey of self through our feelings and thoughts that makes us aware of their importance and consequences.

The more you listen to your body, thoughts, and feelings, the easier it is to change them from negative to positive for your benefit. Otherwise, illnesses or accidents strike us as a warning sign that we need to change something. Therefore, they are lessons we can understand and learn from them (if we want), because once the message is understood, we are closer to healing.

Any resentment towards someone makes you a prisoner and binds you to the other, just as the other will be bound to you similarly. …By freeing yourself, you will also free the other.

However, it is a short, easy-to-read, and interesting book that helps you think differently about your mental and emotional world.

You cannot think of something that does not exist because your thought is connected to the great universal thought, just as the cells of the human body are connected to each other.

Lise Borbeau

This book may have a great impact on your life. You decide whether to listen to and follow its message.
