“Simplicity has always been considered a mark of truth,” said Schopenhauer.
Is it true that life is hard? Aren’t we the ones who complicate it? Have we not created more and more needs, and consequently, more suffering?

Just as love leaves an imprint on the souls of those around us, the darkness within us is reflected in our actions and in everything that happens on the global stage. Whether it’s revolutions, coups, demonstrations, or wars, all these events mirror our inner turmoil—full of agitation, dissatisfaction, negativity, hatred, and a desire for revenge.

Simply defined, life appears as a process of birth, evolution, and death. Instead, “American Indians viewed each life as a Walk or Dance – a movement of creative energy around the Wheel of Life.” (Kenneth Meadows)
The steps we take on this journey, whether they take us up or down, whether we take them alone or with others, are consequences of choices we once made. Whether they are made as we wish, or whether we make them guided by our inner fears, we are the ones who will bear their consequences.
In this way, our choices become our own process of transformation. A process during which we suffer and learn (if we do) not to be ashamed of our choices and not to be afraid of making mistakes.
Consequences exist anyway. That we run away, wanting to get rid of them, does not mean that we will be free, because they will follow us in one way or another. The old saying goes, “everything in life is paid for”, or as the Kybalion says,
Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause, everything happens according to the Law… There are numerous planes of causality, but nothing escapes the Law.
The Kybalion
On the one hand, by blaming others for the consequences of our choices, we have the confidence that, in this way, we will be protected from suffering and pain, only that the words and deeds will be like old clothes thrown away, but the emotions behind those thoughts and actions will remain. We will carry them with us, because they are in us…
On the other hand, we often forget that what is done belongs to the past and we cannot relive it, we cannot change it. We can only learn its lessons. «Let us not look for fault in what has already been accomplished. Let us not condemn what belongs to the past,» says Confucius
Accepting choices and their consequences means being yourself, understanding that at every moment you are your best version, accepting that everything you have given and everything you have received on the path of life is because this is how we know how to walk through life. Accepting choices and consequences does not mean running away from responsibilities or not having problems, says Kenneth Meadows, but it means being free.
The more we take those steps following our nature, the less we feel the need to blame and blame ourselves, because “the more a man finds in himself, the less he will want from others”/Schopenhauer
In addition,
the steps we take can put us in the rhythm of the planet and the universe to form a choreography of harmony and beauty, according to the intention of the Soul Self.
Kenneth Meadows

Although we don’t truly own anything in this world, our education and experiences lead us to believe we are «masters.» We consider ourselves masters of houses, land, and fortunes, and even over the lives of others. This sense of dominion is a false power that arises from selfishness.
