Stand up for YOURSELF

In this society a man’s courage is “meant” to be standing up and speaking, and woman’s courage, sitting down and listening.

Is it only because a man is stronger and a woman is more delicate?

Is it because a man makes the rules and a woman should serve?

Nobody has the right to abuse you because you are a child or a woman, you are younger, less experienced, less “educated”, less wealthier … and I am speaking as a person who has been abused and did not know to speak for herself.

It is not easily to do it, but you CAN do it, for we all, men and women, are human beings and have the same right:

to stand up and speak for ourselves. 

Do not give anyone permission to abuse YOU!
