How to get rid of fog?

I look back everywhere. I go in a circle. I do not see anything. I can’t find a way out. It’s dark and foggy, and I am scared. … Yet,

I wake up from my sleep and wake up slowly. I feel my destiny in the things I am not afraid of. I’m learning where I’m going. “

Theodore Roethke / the Waking

Days come and go. They come with good and wrong. In this way, they give us balance. We do not live only good or only bad moments. In fact, the whole life is a carousel. We climb mountains of happiness and descend into the valleys of mourning.

Sometimes, you feel like you’re walking through fog. You don’t know what to do. You feel alive, but you don’t know if the road you are on is good. You may feel lost. At times, you wait for someone to confirm how good your road is. Yet, everyone has mountains and valleys on his way. What can you do?

If you’re in the middle of the fog, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re lost.”

Joan Anderson

The path you are on is yours. Only the fear inside you tells you that you are lost. You are not lost. Your soul tells you that you know what to do because you are the only one who can make your journey. Those who appear in your way cannot confirm how your path is. They can be are life companions or passengers throughout your life. However, they walk on their paths and their lights help you to see the light within.

If you listen to your mind, you will get thousands of directions or thousands of doubts. If you follow your intuition, you will feel a peace that rises from within and makes you fearless of all that life offers you every day.

Listen to the wind, for it talks.
Listen to the silence, for it speaks.
Listen to your heart, for it knows.

Indian proverb

Following the light of your heart, you find your way. You get rid of fog!

Love,

Manuela

  1. Very encouraging and beautiful, Manuela. It’s a journey that one must traverse alone. Many will come and go, but alone we walk on our paths. 🙂

    1. True! It does not matter how many come and go, we walk alone on our path.
