The Toronto’s Protocols

by Serge Monast

(review)

The Toronto’s Protocols is a book that expresses truths of our time and like many other books that express such truths that need to be known by the many, it is too little known and too little written about it.

Serge Monast, a Quebec investigative journalist, poet and essayist, is known for Project Blue Beam (NASA), and his popular publications on the Masonic conspiracy and the New World Order all over the world. The fact that the author died under mysterious circumstances according to the statements of his supporters, adds even more to the importance of this book.

I will provide only fragments of the book below. It is stated in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean that “hazard does not exist.” Therefore, it is up to each reader to form their own opinion on how closely the content of the book aligns with our current experiences.

“a daily dose of “Psychological Warfare” applied uninterruptedly, through the official television, radio and national press networks, had the effect of guaranteeing to the government authorities that the population at large was maintained in a state of constant fear, of permanent availability to collaborate with the authorities and of a propensity towards the psychosis of collective denunciation. The old stratagem of “divide and rule” had ended up dividing the populations into individualistic compartments.”

“fear has no other purpose than to paralyze you and lead you to the discretion of those who only want to control you, to serve better their own interests which, ultimately, are not the same as yours.”

“climate change” will lead to the destruction of crops and, under these conditions, the compromise of agricultural lands, the distortion, through artificial means, of food products for current consumption, the poisoning of nature through exaggerated and indiscriminate exploitation and the massive use of chemical products in agriculture, all of this, brothers, will lead to the certain ruin of the food industries in nation-states.”

“«”All historical periods that have led to the decadence of civilizations have been marked, without exception, by the «spirit of human wandering». Today, we must ensure that this «spirit» is translated into a «world society of leisure» in all its forms. This leisure must consist of sex, drugs, sports, excursions (exoticism) and entertainment in general, but accessible to all strata of society. (…)

To achieve this objective, it is absolutely necessary to be able to infiltrate the media (radio, television, newspapers), the fashion and cultural environments, the new fields of work, through which we will certainly influence all strata of Western society. Thus, by keeping the youth, the adults of tomorrow, under the umbrella of our senses, we will consequently have a free path to infiltrate and transform in depth, without giving rise to unrest, politics, the legal system and education, which will allow us to profoundly modify the course, the future orientation of the societies targeted by our “Plan”. (…)

In the same sense and to guarantee the profitability of our influence on the population, we will have to control all the Media. (…)

The open door to encourage “Sexual Freedom”, “Divorces”, “Abortions” on demand, legal recognition of the various forms of homosexuality, will help us to profoundly modify the historical foundations of the “Legal Right” of societies. It will be an asset to push the whole of individuals towards a general relaxation of morals, to divide individuals from each other, according to their instincts and their own interests, to destroy the future of youth, pushing them towards the harmful experiences of early sexuality and abortions, and to morally destroy future generations, pushing them onto the path of alcoholism. of various drugs – whose control will be taken over, at a world level, by our senior officers in the International Lodges – and of suicides – suicide being considered, by a disenfranchised youth and abandoned to its own will, as a chivalrous end. (…)

Overpopulation of the cities was our motto within the framework of the “industrial revolution”.

The rural landowners, by their economic independence and their ability to produce the food base for the villages, represent a threat to us and to our future plans. Crowded into the cities, people will be more dependent on our industries for survival. We will not be able to allow the existence of groups independent of our “Power”. Therefore, let us eliminate the landowners, making them obedient slaves, the industries being under our control. (…)

The use of electromagnetics to cause “earthquakes” in the most important industrial regions … will contribute to the acceleration of the “economic collapse”…

The Church will preserve the beliefs in Jesus Christ, from the eyes of the world, to conceal its true interests, which will be, in reality, wealth.

Who will be able to suspect us? Who will be able to have any suspicion about the means used? Those who dare to rise up against us, spreading information regarding the existence and content of our conspiracy, will become suspects in the eyes of the authorities and the populations of their nations. Thanks to the disinformation, lies, hypocrisy and individualism that we will have created within the populations… these individuals,… will be considered by others as enemies, not liberators.” (pg. 10-56)

It is a book that gives much food for thought.
