Light and darkness
Should we be afraid of the light? I think we should not, but many times we are. To see the light means to dig through the darkness.

That’s how the light gets in.
Digging through the darkness, we dig within and find the pain. Sometimes we dig more, sometimes little. Small or big, the pain has the power to make us accept darkness as being part of us. It becomes a crack for the light. It is a way of helping us to see the beauty of our inside world.
I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness for it shows me the stars.

Beautiful Paul Ferrini writes beautifully about this inner dance between dark and light I love his book The Bridge to Reality. This really reminds me a lot of what he writes about in there.
